You would expect us to be glowing in our reports of chef Paul Wedgwood, and his business Wedgwood the restaurant, on the Canongate, part of the Royal Mile in Edinburgh. Paul was head chef at the Celtic Festival Barbados, last month and will be taking part in food demonstrations at this year's Royal Highland Show at Ingliston - on Friday 24th June 10,30am, and Sunday 26th June, and his restuarant will be part of the Taste of Edinburgh events at the start of July, alongside his "look a like" Gary Rhodes....just saying this as after Paul's tv debut in Barbados on CBC TV, he was mistaken in the street for Gary Rhodes....and sought for autographs! Keep wearing the kilt with those black sox and crocs, Paul! hot hot hot....
